Sydney Carter: Unapologetically Herself With Style

Sydney Carter is the A&M Texas Coach that was vilified for being too sexy in her outfit for her game 22 outfit. She decided to wear her pink leather pants in support of breast cancer awareness. She has been wearing outfits from game 1 to 21 and even started last year. She was only posting outfits for the home games last year during covid restrictions. 
According to Sydney in her interview with WFAA, "Fashion and basketball have been a big part of her life for so long". When she was in third grade, she got a pair of thigh high boots and wanted to wear them everyday. She has always wanted to dress how she wanted to dress. She wants to showcase her passion for fashion and her passion for basketball. She can join both her passions for both by showing her style on the sidelines while coaching for the game she loves. She hopes her story can give people the confidence to be themselves fully. She is not going to apologize for that.
"I mean I just hope my experience inspires people to be confident and you don't have to apologize for being yourself. I'm gonna be myself regardless."
She doesn't pay attention to negative comments or haters. She just wants to focus on the positive comments that she has been getting. She is going to keep doing her, no matter what. In order to be confident, you have to show up and be yourself. That's all you can be.
