I know we are all trying to have a fun and lively summer. We are also trying to have a healthy summer. There is no reason that delicious and healthy can't be in the same meal. There are so many good recipes that won't make your taste buds repulsed and they will help you stay on track if you want be healthy. With these recipes, you will be sure to have a healthier girl summer. Even better, you can indulge in your sweet tooth without compromising your fitness goals.

Overnight Oats is my best food discovery of 2022. It is easy to prepare and delicious. You just take oats, whatever milk you prefer, cinnamon, fruit and maybe some yogurt if you want it to be more equal. I put some maple syrup in mine to add a little more sweetness.  You can shake it up and store it in closed container. Wait at least 10 mins and enjoy!

This refreshing sorbet only has 2 ingredients. You just need to blend watermelon, lime and ice. The salt is optional.

These apple pie cookies are so moist and delicious. They are good for everyone. They are flourless, eggless and butterless.

These chocolate covered bananas are so delectable. You make sure your bananas are firm. And its so simple. Bananas, chocolate and peanuts.

All these recipes are mouthwatering and easy. You can definitely still have desserts and be disciplined about your fitness and wellness goals. If you want a more in depth version of the recipes with the set amounts, you can click any link down below.
